Nigeria GeoData for WordPress — External Service & Privacy Disclosure

1. Service operator and purpose
The Nigeria GeoData provisioning service is operated by Govware through CampaignManager.ng. It allows a WordPress administrator to purchase an authorised geography scope and provision that dataset into the administrator's own WordPress database.
Available scopes may include National, State/FCT, Senatorial District, Federal Constituency and LGA/Area Council coverage. Pricing and availability are shown on the public service page.
2. When the WordPress plugin contacts CampaignManager.ng
The plugin contacts CampaignManager.ng only for service-related functions, including:
- retrieving public product or pricing information on Nigeria GeoData administration screens;
- starting or resuming an authorised provisioning session;
- requesting bounded batches of the purchased geography dataset;
- completing the provisioning session after local validation; and
- supporting entitlement, integrity, security and abuse-prevention checks required to deliver the service.
3. Data sent from WordPress during provisioning
Depending on the stage of provisioning, the plugin may send the following information to CampaignManager.ng:
- the provisioning key;
- the WordPress site/home URL registered for the entitlement;
- a randomly generated installation identifier;
- the installed Nigeria GeoData plugin version;
- requested batch size and dataset/cursor information;
- provisioning-session identifiers and session-token information required to continue an authorised session; and
- technical request information normally transmitted by HTTPS, such as IP address, user agent and server/network metadata.
4. Data returned to WordPress
CampaignManager.ng returns the authorised geography records and provisioning metadata required for the purchased scope. The plugin stores those records locally in the customer's WordPress database.
5. What is not sent to CampaignManager.ng during normal site use
After provisioning, normal geography usage is local-first. The following are not sent to CampaignManager.ng by the Nigeria GeoData query layer:
- visitor selections made with Nigeria GeoData cascading selectors;
- local REST, PHP or JavaScript geography queries;
- Contact Form 7 submission contents; and
- built-in GeoForms submission contents.
GeoForms submissions are stored in the site's own WordPress database and may be included in notification emails configured by that site administrator.
6. Payments
Purchases are completed on CampaignManager.ng and may be processed by Paystack or another payment provider configured by the portal. The WordPress plugin does not collect or store card details. Payment-provider processing is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
7. Local storage and uninstall behaviour
Provisioned geography is stored in the customer's WordPress database. The plugin intentionally preserves successfully provisioned geography on uninstall to reduce the risk of destructive loss of a paid local dataset. Site administrators remain responsible for their own database retention, backups and deletion practices.
8. Service-side records
CampaignManager.ng may retain order, payment-verification, provisioning-entitlement, provisioning-session, security and audit records needed to deliver, secure and support the service and to meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
9. Site-owner privacy responsibilities
WordPress site owners decide which personal information they collect through Contact Form 7, GeoForms or other integrations and are responsible for providing their own privacy notices, lawful basis/consent where required, retention rules and appropriate access controls.

11. WordPress.org disclosure summary
For WordPress.org review purposes: Nigeria GeoData relies on CampaignManager.ng as an external paid data-provisioning service. The external service provides substantive Nigerian geography data. The WordPress plugin itself is GPL-licensed, and payment does not unlock hidden premium plugin code.
