Clients will own and manage their own servers and receive a lifetime or yearly license to use the software, along with installation support and tiered support packages. The recommended server setup for optimal performance includes Linux servers with CPanel and all necessary server security add-ons to ensure safety and reliability.
Managed License Information
Please note that the server management fee covers the services of selecting, configuring, and managing your hosting resources, but does not cover the actual cost of the server resources themselves. You will still be responsible for paying directly to the hosting provider (such as AWS, Vultr, or Namecheap) for the server resources and any additional security add-ons.
