The Local Government Package is designed for LGA Chairmanship and Councilorship elections. It provides a structured administrative system with four access levels: LGA, Ward, Polling Unit (PU) Admins, and regular members/volunteers.
This license option is designed to provide full control to clients over their campaign and election management operations.
Clients will own and manage their own servers and receive a lifetime license to use the software, along with installation support.
Technical support packages are available as paid add-ons, offered in tiers depending on the level of assistance required — ranging from basic troubleshooting to advanced server and campaign diagnostics.
The recommended server configuration for optimal performance includes Linux servers with CPanel, paired with essential security enhancements such as firewalls, malware scanners, automated backups, and SSL certificates to safeguard data and ensure system stability.
Clients are expected to set up their own ICT team to manage server infrastructure, user roles, access control, and day-to-day backend operations.
This team will also be responsible for signing up with and integrating required third-party service providers such as payment gateways, SMS gateways, SMTP email services, and others needed to fully utilize the software's communication and financial modules.
Additionally, it is advised that clients establish a dedicated Situation Room — a strategic command center equipped with real-time dashboards, analytics, communication tools, and monitoring systems.
This enables campaign leaders to make data-driven decisions, coordinate field teams effectively, and respond swiftly to developments across all locations during the campaign and election period.
As part of the setup process, clients must also gather and upload their own geopolitical data — including LGAs, Wards, and Polling Units (PUs).
We provide standardized import templates for each category to make this process seamless.
Alternatively, clients may choose to order precompiled location data from us on a per-state basis (subject to availability and additional cost).
