Website download requests record first name, last name, email, selected release, referral source, request time and service-contact preferences. A downloader and an installation administrator may be different people.

Registered installations send the Super Administrator email, configured domain, random installation UUID, software version, installation status, terms version and acceptance time over HTTPS to the official portal. The optional operator phone remains local. Registration grants no access to campaign databases. Voter records, supporters, political activity, administrator passwords and application authentication secrets are excluded.

Registration supports essential security, compatibility, version and service notices. Promotions require separate consent and a verified email. Declining marketing does not prevent free use. Installation, hosting, maintenance, training and assisted updates are optional paid services.

If you purchase automatic updating, the Portal records the installation, campaign scope, quoted amount/currency, target release, package checksum, purchase, accepted service terms and update-attempt status. Database and application backups stay on your own server; they are not uploaded to the Portal. Deleting an installation registration does not delete separate customer-account or purchase records.

Download contact data is anonymised after the configured period (default 365 days). Installation contact data is retained while registered; authenticated deletion removes the registration. Event history uses a separate period (default 90 days). Access is restricted to authorised portal administrators.

Use email unsubscribe links or installation preference controls to withdraw from optional promotional email. Contact the owner through the official website for access, correction or deletion.

A dedicated registration credential authenticates portal requests over HTTPS. It is encrypted locally and stored only as a hash by the portal.
